There is somthing absolutely certain in this uncertain world…. Palmdale Meats  have FANTASTIC sausages!!!  And their burgers?  Ah-mazing!

But… sometimes you’re after something different right?  Well, lucky for you – here at North Adelaide Palmdale Butchers, we have a wide variety of alternatives too!  All gluten free and sure to please the fanciest palate or the fussiest eater!

Shaslicks – Shaslicks are made with either Chicken, Beef (Rump), or Lamb.  Made with a biodegradable wooden skewer, capsicum and spanish onion.

Marinated Chicken Steaks – Palmdale Meats offer three magnificent flavours…

  • Honey Soy
  • Herb and Garlic
  • Green Thai (spicy level, roughly 2 out of 5)

Chicken Kebabs – How do these differ from the Shaslicks?  These are purely marinated Chicken – no veggies.  The flavours that Palmdale Meats offer follow… but remember we can do your choice of marinade too.*

Beef Rump Kebabs – Beautiful aged Beef Rump marinated in Sweet BBQ sauce.

Minute Steaks – Minute Steaks are just that… Wonderfully aged Beef, and designed to be not only cooked quickly (a minute as the name implies), but are mouth wateringly tender.

Chicken WingettesJohn Keough, the Manager of Palmdale Meats, makes sure that all those pesky tips are cut off your chicken wings and the delicious meaty sections are made into wingettes with his usual high level of expertise.  What’s more – they come in

Cocktail Mignons– After something even fanicier?  Why not try a Cocktail Mignon made with beautifully tender Beef Fillet – they look great on the plate and taste even better.
