  • Ideal on the bbq with caramelised onions and fresh salad.
  • Cook in the oven at 180C or 170c fan forced for 50 mins per/kg for medium.
  • This product is avaliable in grass fed and free range.
  • Great with a nice Cabernet Merlot.
